Dispensed to a house pint glass showing a clear & bright golden color, with minimal film that reduced further to a thin, white ring, with some light, fading spots on the interior. The aroma was sweet, ripened apple, plus the peel, and light spice. The taste was similar, with decent effervescence, and a bit of "granny smith" tartness. Crisp, and basically refreshing
